X'TRASEAL MS-609 MS POLYMER ADHESIVE/SEALANT - X'GRIP (290ML)

Description: MS-609 is a hybrid silyl modified polyether technology based high grip one component strong adhesive. X-grip is suitable for direct bonding on a wide range of heavy construction materials without support. That is why support of the adhesive assembly is not necessary in general. X-grip has high performance mechanical properties and combines high stiffness with high bond strength, hence is recommended for bonding in building and construction industry. Features: ? External & internal use Uses: MS-609 is specially developed as a universal adhesive for gluing of mirror, assembly of threshold, skirting board, stripes, decorative wall, panel, and porcelain materials. MS-609 is also applicable for coated metal, stainless steel, copper, zinc, polyester panel, HPL panels, polystyrene, polycarbonate, UPVC, epoxy, finished wood and etc. Application: -Substrates must be clean, dry and free from grease. Remove all dirt, oil, grease, detergents and loose material. -Cut tip off cartridge. Cut nozzle to desired size at 45°angle. Screw nozzle onto cartridge. Place cartridge into caulking gun. -Apply the adhesive onto substrates. -Bring the materials into position and press well to make sure that the thickness of the adhesive is minimum 2-3 mm between material and surface. -Because of the high initial strength support during curing is usually not necessary
