DESCRIPTION: X'traseal 3 TON EPOXY is a medium setting, non-shrinkage yellowish color general purpose epoxy adhesive. It formulated to provide a longer pot life approximately 60 minutes for industry usage. It cures and joins together by a chemical reaction between the resin and hardener. It contains no solvent or VOC, not flammable and no shrinkage after cure. It is very useful for emergency repairs in industries, workshops, marine, automotive, construction and also for household use. FEATURES: ? Paintable. ? Non-shrinkage. ? Heat resistance. ? Easy to use, one to one mixing ratio. ? Strong bonding strength when hardened. ? Water, solvent, acid and alkaline resistance. USES: ? Permanent repair: Leaks, holes, cracks, mounting signs to walls. ? Suitable Substrates: Metal, fiberglass, concrete, ceramics and some plastic materials NOT RECOMMENDED FOR: PE, PP AND PTFE. APPLICATION: ? Surface must be clean, dry, free from oil and grease and thoroughly roughen ? Remove caps, pierce end of tubes. Squeeze equal amount of resin and hardener from each tube. Ratio 1:1. ? Mix thoroughly until homogenous. ? Apply to the surfaces to be repaired or joined together. ? Clean off excess mixture with solvent.
