Description : 1101 Liquid Gasket is a semi-drying gray liquid gasket that uses synthetic rubber as the main ingredients. It is formulated to form a later thick enough to work efficiently on uneven joint surfaces. It has a distinguishing ability to turn onto rubber-like elastic substance with excellent resistance to heat, oil gasoline and particularly LPG. Ideal for the purpose of making quality gaskets in garages, workshops, homes and do-it-yourself. FEATURES: ? A visco-elastic type sealant capable of joining uneven surfaces. ? Excellent resistance to heat, oil, gasoline and lpg. ? Easy to apply and allow to automate the production line with labor saving equipments,markedly improving the work efficiently. ? Has the property of flowing at room temperature. USES: ? For the purpose of making quality gaskets in garages, workshops, homes and do-it-yourself. APPLICATION: ? Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from moisture, grease and other stains before application. ? Apply a thin and uniform layer of liquid gasket on both mating surfaces. ? Assemble about 1 minute after application. ? Application temperature range is from -40°c to +150°c. ? Seal tightly after use. Store in a cool dry place.
