Description An advance gasket maker formulated for heavy duty applications. It features fast-curing, sensor-safe, low odour, and non-corrosive formulation that meets performance specs of OE silicone gaskets. It forms reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling. Ideal to replace almost any cut gasket and can be used to coat pre-cut gaskets to increase reliability. It is permanently flexible and stable at between -80 °F to 600 °F (-62 °C to 315 °C). It is also resistant against automotive fluids. APPLICATION ? Gasketing of machinery casing like compressors, pumps and gear box. Sealing of flange pipe joints, access door etc FEATURE ? Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease, oil or water. 2. Puncture the tube with cap and install nozzle. Apply 2 – 4 mm bead to one surface only. 3. Fix the parts to be assembled before the tack-free time. 4. Uncured sealant can be cleaned up with mineral spirits. 5. Replace cap after use and store in a cool, dry place. CAUTION ? Product releases methylethylketoxime during application and curing. Contains aminosilane May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Wear protective gloves and eye protection. IF ON SKIN: Wash with soap and water. IF IN EYES: Rinse continuously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do – continue rinsing.
