GAS CYLINDER TROLLEYS

Load / Safe Working Load (SWL) ~ 100-200 kg for single cylinder; double cylinder units similar or higher depending on number & size of bottles. Cylinder diameter supported ~ 180-450 mm (depending on single or double cylinder & type: LPG, oxygen, etc.) Maximum cylinder height ~ 1200-1600 mm depending on model. Wheel size & type : Big wheels (200 mm or more) for stability & rough terrain; solid rubber or pneumatic for better shock; sometimes small swivel front wheels to assist loading under cylinder. Frame material: Steel (mild / stainless), fully welded; powder-coated or otherwise treated to prevent corrosion. Retaining / safety features : Chain or strap to secure cylinder so it doesn’t tip; sometimes hook or bracket; safety standard compliance (where applicable).
